RC Community Team Project (Proposal Writing and Presentation)
書院團隊社區服務項目（計劃書撰寫與報告）
• Write a project proposal to promote specific positive values or information to an identified audience in the community under the supervision of RC academic staff. Each team needs to make presentation reflecting on the learning process of the project and how team spirit and organizational skills are developed.
• 就向社會推廣有規劃的正面價值觀或信息（題目）撰寫計劃書（只是寫計劃書，不用進社區）並以小組報告的形式向導師報告計劃内容，發揮團隊精神及運用組織能力。
The project proposal will include the following contents 項目計劃書内容包括:
1. Choice of target audience and reason(s) of choosing 社區服務對象及選擇理
2. How much you know about this audience? 對社區服務對象的了解
3. What is the best way to communicate with this audience? 如何與該服務對象達到有效溝通
4. What kind of cultural product/artifact/form will your team produce? 計劃設計什麽文化成果來完成這個項目
5. How do you promote the designated value to this audience? 活動如何把指定題目的價值傳達到該對象？
