A healthy student regularly engages in a wide range of athletic activities and physical exercises to keep the body strong and fit and practices healthy eating in the form of a balanced diet.  “Healthy Living” also means that a student radiates a positive attitude and is able to actively seek out help during moments of difficulty and distress. Students practicing “Healthy Living” actively seek out up-to-date and scientifically accurate information about human health and green living and make an active contribution to the cleanliness and sustainability of his or her environment.
